Accessibility

Introduction

We strive to make this website accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG).

Status of compliance with requirements

This website is partially compliant with the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG) due to the following incompatibilities and exceptions.

Non-accessible content The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

PDF documents: Some of our PDF documents are not accessible.
We are working to adapt them as quickly as possible or to provide accessible alternatives.

Videos: Some of our embedded videos do not currently have subtitles.
We are striving to provide subtitles for all videos in the future.

Images without alternative text: Some images on the website may not have alternative text.
We are continuously reviewing and updating this content.

Barriers due to economic unreasonableness

Some barriers on our website cannot be removed in the short term for reasons of economic unreasonableness.
These include:

Complex applications: Certain interactive applications and special features on our website require significant financial and human resources to make them fully accessible. We are continuously reviewing ways to improve, but due to the high costs involved, we are unable to remove all barriers immediately
(features that are not accessible).

Historical content: Older content created before the current accessibility guidelines came into effect may not be fully accessible. Retrofitting this content would require disproportionately high expenditure. However, new content is created in accordance with current standards.
